Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed Smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (unsalted)
2 bananas
Large pinch of cinnamon (more or less to taste)
Pinch of salt
A few ice cubes
1 can (15 oz) unsweetened coconut milk
Prep
Add the pumpkin seeds to a high-powered blender.
Peel the bananas and break them into the blender.
Add the cinnamon, salt, ice cubes and can of coconut milk.
Blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until you reach a smooth texture.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve.
