Overnight Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS

1 c Nut Milk of Choice
1⁄4 c Chia Seeds Optional: Stevia or Monk Fruit

PREP

1. Mix nut milk and chia seeds together in a container. 2. Cover container, and refrigerate overnight.
3. Optional: Top with stevia or monk fruit.

Parfait stays fresh for 4-5 days, so feel free to prepare in large batches.
Tasty Toppers: Can be prepared as breakfast or dessert, depending on your mix ins.

Breakfast Parfait: Top with berries, Crunchy Granola, cinnamon, and nut/coconut yogurt.

Chocolate Pudding: Mix in 2 Tbsp cacao powder, and top with Lily’s dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
