Chocolate Bombs

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 c Nut Butter of Choice
1⁄4 c Cocoa or Cacao Powder 1⁄4 c Coconut Oil, Melted Stevia to Taste (Few Drops) Optional: 1/8 tsp Salt

PREP

  1. Stir all ingredients together until smooth. (If too dry, add a little more coconut oil.)

  2. Pour mixture into ice cube trays or a mini muffin pan. Place in freezer to set.

    Because coconut oil softens when warm, it’s best to store in the freezer or fridge.

Tasty Toppers: Chopped walnuts or pecans, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, shredded coconut, vanilla bean powder, cacao nibs.
