Strawberry Yogurt Parfait

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 c Strawberries, Sliced
1 c Unsweetened Nut Yogurt
1⁄4 c Almonds, Sliced Handful of Mint, Chopped Liquid Stevia to Taste (Few Drops)

PREP

  1. Add a few drops of liquid stevia to the yogurt to sweeten to taste, and mix. Caution: stevia is a very powerful sweetener; a little goes a long way.

  2. Scoop a layer of yogurt into a small bowl or cup, then add a layer of sliced strawberries and top with sliced almonds.

  3. Repeat, adding a layer of yogurt, then strawberries and almonds, until you run out. Top with chopped mint.

Tasty Toppers: Shredded coconut, flax seed, hemp hearts.
