Crunchy Granola

INGREDIENTS

2 c Shredded Coconut 1 c Hemp Seeds
1 c Sesame Seeds
1 c Pecans, Chopped 1 c Walnuts, Chopped 1/3 c Ghee, Melted 3 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Liquid Stevia

PREP

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, and all wet ingredients in a

    separate small bowl.

  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture; stir to coat evenly.

  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Cool completely before breaking apart into pieces. The granola will be soft when you remove it from the oven, but will crisp up as it cools. Store in an airtight container, and refrigerate to prevent oxidation.

Tasty Toppers: Yogurt, nut milk, berries, Lily’s dark chocolate chips, or eat plain as a stand alone snack.
